座禅体験
Zazen
達磨寺では月に1回座禅体験会を行っています。
座禅とは、姿勢を正して座り、精神を統一させることで自分と向き合うという仏教の修行方法。
丁寧な座禅のレクチャー（約10分）があるので
初めての方でも安心。体験後は日常の中でも気軽に座禅を取り入れられるようになります。
普段なかなかリラックスした時間を取れない方に
おすすめです。
Once a month, Darumaji holds a Zazen experience.
Zazen is a Buddhist practice of facing oneself by sitting with correct posture and unifying one's mind.
There is a detailed lecture on zazen (about 10 minutes).
Even first-timers are welcome. After the experience, you will be able to easily incorporate zazen into your daily life.
It is recommended for those who do not have time to relax.

達磨寺の座禅の特徴
体験会の時間は約1時間ですが、レクチャーや楽しいお話を
交えながら行います。全く座禅を行ったことがない方や、ジッとしているのは苦手と思っている方でも無理なく気軽に取り組んでいただけます。また日常のくらしの中でどのように座禅を取り入れればよいかもお話いたしますので、座禅の入門にも最適です。

室町時代に建てられた達磨寺の方丈は令和2年に改修され、創建当時の美しさを取り戻しています。体験会の会場はこの方丈を使用します。
見事な和風庭園を背に、趣のある空間での座禅体験は非日常の気分を味わえます。王寺駅から徒歩15分と便利な場所にあり、気軽にご参加いただけます。
Built in the Muromachi period (1333-1573), the Hojo (main hall) of Darumaji Temple was renovated in 2020 and has been restored to its original beauty. This Hojo is the venue for the workshop.
With a magnificent Japanese-style garden in the background, the Zen meditation experience in this atmospheric space will give you an extraordinary feeling. It is conveniently located only a 15-minute walk from Oji Station, making it easy to participate.

お経を書き写す写経、仏様の下絵を写す写仏。
心身を整える尊い行いのひとつ。
好きなお経や仏画を選んで、じっくりと自分の
ペースで体験ができます。
心願成就を込めて書き写した後は寺印を押して
ご奉納。記念にお持ち帰り頂くことも可能です。
Sutra copying and Buddha copying.
It is one of the noble activities to prepare your mind and body.
You can choose your favorite sutra or Buddhist painting and experience it at your own pace.

達磨寺では可愛い雪丸の仏画から難易度の高い仏様まで4種類の仏画をご用意しております。初めての方や小学生のお子様でも無理なく体験していただけます。

写経・写仏はお客様のご希望により随時体験が可能です。（平日10時-15時）タイミングがよければ美しい方丈の空間を独り占めしてじっくり体験することができます。穏やかな空気の中、仏様と向き合う時間は心の安らぎをもたらします。
Shakyo and Shabutsu are available at any time upon request. (10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. weekdays)
If the timing is right, you can have the beautiful Hojo space all to yourself, and experience the peace of mind that comes from facing the Buddha in the peaceful atmosphere.
